257) A young lord has inherited a small, distant parcel of land. A few generations ago, his grandfather had built a small keep on this parcel and attempted to tame the land around it. Due to many reasons, the colony failed and the family fortunes were wiped out. The newest scion of the family has managed to cobble together enough money and resources to make another attempt to tame the possibly valuable land. He needs a group to go to the ruins of the keep and secure it before he begins moving workers into the area.
