The Worg pic from yesterday was the Huge variant known as the Guulvorg - I believe they appeared in MM 5. This has been confirmed by Logan Bonner on the official Wotc forums.In my opinion, the new Guulvorg looks better than the old one (very similar still, though). We don't know what the 4e Worg will look like, but my guess is that they are probably more than just evil talking wolves.

I went and re-read the Guulvorg entry in the MMV; besides liking that art a bit more than what was on display yesterday, I think the monster will translate well to 4e, especially since it was designed using the new game's principles.
