I waffle between spelling his last name wrong and spelling it correctly. Deschenes is the correct spelling, as has been pointed out to me by my friends recently. I just look woefully ignorant because of all the different spellings.

That and I C+P the product descriptions and names, so one mistake gives birth to thousand of others.
