Anyone got their D20 Modern book handy who can tell me at what levels PCs get ability points?

Is it 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th and 20th?

Believe it or not, it's in there:

Starting Ability Scores
Ordinaries do not roll their ability scores. They start with the standard score package: 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8. The GM can assign the scores as he or she sees fit. At 4th level and every four character levels thereafter (8th, 12th, and so on), an ordinary adds 1 point to one ability score—just as heroes do.

Yeah, isn't the point of the WotC SRD that it /doesn't/ include character advancement info? Wierd.

One might also point out that all creatures get 1 Feat + 1 Feat per 3 Hit Dice.

One could easily assume that, by extrapolation, that would apply to characters.

You can find this info in the SRD under "Improving Monsters."
