You need Spycraft to play... it is not self-contained like SG1.

I never bought the 1st ed DI, but since I like Spycraft better tham Modern d20, I decided to give the new version a try. I haven't read through it fully yet, but so far I like it.

Well, I was hoping to have my review up last night, but circumstances dictated otherwise. I'm about 2/3 of the way done.

I picked this up recently and am enjoying it quite a bit. I like the move to Spycraft since Spycraft has all that keen investigative support, favor checks, and the budget points + resource/gadget points for further character differentiation. Unfortunately, I don't have a group currently so it's getting added to my growing list of full-fledged, 1st to 20th, campaigns I'd like to run.

One thing I'd like to see for Spycraft is a freelancers style supplement. My old group back home preferred not having a boss so it would be useful to have some in depth treatment of running a group that does work-for-hire for the existing agencies.
