I haven't spoken to Tony for the better part of a year, shortly after leaving the company. The website is down and most people I've spoken to that have tried to contact them in the past few months have not received a response. While it is entirely possible that the indications are wrong, it looks like they're history.

Thanks for the compliment on the adventure though. I put a lot of work into that book and am pretty proud of it. It is a shame that the other two chapters will probably not see the light of day.

Mmm, looks like they had some good stuff.

Say, what happens to when a PDF publisher goes down? Can one still buy their PDFs?

BTW, Darrin, which adventure did you write for them?

The mega-adventure from DPG was available only through the DPG website. It also made it to print. What happens to it? I would assume that the rights go to the previous owners of the company and new arrangements are made regarding the money from the sale of the PDFs. I could be wrong though.

I wrote large portions of Dead Fire, Gateway: City of Living Waters, and White Robes Black Hearts: Enigma of the Arcanexus.

As B has pointed out, all indications are that DPG has gone 'bye bye'. As one of the authors who worked on Enigma of the Arcanexus, I can honestly say I haven't been able to get a hold of Tony for some time. He was planning on some big changes to DPG but now with the website gone again, I'm thinking he let the company fold.

It's a real shame because the White Robe, Black Hearts series of adventures looked to be a winner. I know EotA was avialable through Osseum but I don't know if you can still get it from them.

As for the many FREE Arekoz PDFs, I do have them on my computer so if someone wants what i have then send me an e-mail: rblezard@telusplanet.net

Here's a thought... wouldn't it be cool if one of the big d20 companies could acquire DPG and add Arekoz to their product list. I know there is tons of material for the campaign setting that is just waiting to be released. I'll give it until the end of 2003 before I truly believe Tony is gone.

Cheers!

Damnit... I was really hoping to be able to buy the other adventures that were set to follow White Robes Black Hearts: Enigma of the Arcanexus.

Were any of the others made and just not published? Anyway/where I can buy it in pdf or something...

Grasping at straws :(

As far as I know, the PDF version of EotA was only available through the Dark Portal Games website. I don't think it ever made it to RPGNow.com.
