hey cybernetic why don't you wait until the d20 modern SRD comes out. With a mordern setting I'm sure that that will open more doors for you.
btw, just reading over what you have here I must say that you have a good idea. How would you publish it and would it be free.

I've decided not to wait for D20 Modern....cause Spycraft has all the Modern stuff I really need...and most of what I'm doing is more a Modern Fantasy anywayz...so Fantasy style rules work well for it......as far as publishing....

If I find a company to publish it in print......then it won't be free....If its not in print...then I'll publish it myself in pdf format....which I'll make available for free...
