I've got the form. I'll try and drop it off with her today. I can cover the security deposit check when it comes time for it; the rental fee itself (according to the info sheet) doesn't have to be paid until two weeks before. Post-Gencon (assuming I exercise some restraint and don't buy every shiny thing I see), I'll pay the rental fee and we can sort things out later.

I have to put the approximate number of attendees on the form. I don't think we can accomodate more than 6 tables of 6+1 and still be able to hear ourselves think, and that might be pushing it.

Tables I'm not too worried about. There were several in there already, and a few more folded up along the side. Chairs might be another matter, although I've got four fold-ups I can bring. (Actually, I've got everything I own I could bring, but I don't feel like moving the sofa.)

I can do a more detailed scouting mission when in the fall.
