DDI subscriptions go live tomorrow!

Don't forget that only subscribers will have access to anything from October on DDI after 8am PST.

RPGA article from today is not free and will require subscription to Dragon to view.

All articles listed as free in the Editorial Calendar should still be able to be accessed by non-subscribers.

The bonus tools will go behind the subscription firewall, and the compendium will only have levels 1-3.

Considering that the DDI was supposed to come out in June, I'd say they had about a 4 month problem. And it still doesn't have all the services promised.

I wish them luck. As a member of the dying print media whose paper just decided to go from paid 7 days a week to free and 4 days a week, I don't hold much optimism.

I just hope the cost stabilizes at $90-$100 for a year.

And, bizarrely like the whole rest of DnDs online stuff, it doesn't contain any useful links. Like, I dunno, some where to sign up for DDI! FFS that is rubbish. The Wizards account lost my original account for a while, so (cos at the time you could only DL stuff if you had an acct) I started a new one. Now the old ones back and there is a merge option, but it doesn't work.
But I can handle that as long as I could actually subscribe with one, but I can't no link, no JOIN HERE, nothing at all. So I suppose as of tomorrow I'll be a non member because I cannot join!
