DDI VT beta has re-opened

The first phase of invites for the DDI VT Beta have gone out. If you were in the previous phase, and are currently a DDI subscriber, you should find it in your email now, along with 5 passes to games.

If you are having problems getting to the VT Beta group, log out of the Wizards.com site completely and log back in.

Initial reports from users are that the VT now does a full import of your PCs.

I just checked, and the import does seem to work quite nicely.

The script we ran to do the invitations ran into a small number of users where it errored out due to data it didn't like. You know how scripts can be.

We're going to go through and manually add all those individuals, but that takes time.

From what I recall, you do not need to re-apply, but I will poke and find out.

Just the same, it wouldn't hurt to go to http://accounts.wizards.com and check to make sure that you are opted in to communications.

Note that I can't actually see the instructions from the vt page because I am a member, so if someone could copy/paste them, I would greatly appreciate it.

Aaaaanyways, for those in the vt who just want to test it out, I have a table set up that you can use to test your mic, Character import, etc.
