I do not that if they don't get rid of the full color borders at the top of the mag I will not be renewing. I'll tolerate the auto-log out, the nonsense with not being able to check an issue out after the month's passed, etc... but there is absolutely zero valid reason why those borders are there. They increase the file size and eat ink.

Awesome value. Have used quite bit so far, especially the dragonborn an warforged articles. Just used bola from the galdiators. As DM I will be using heaps in future, but for the players there is also a lot.

As an Aussie I really can't complain about this value. We are used to paying double what is paid in the US for stuff (even when our $ was the same)!!!! Kinda frustrating hearing people complain about prices, when they are so cheap anyway. I was buying each mag for around $15 EACH (sometimes up to $18). Both for $5 = WOW. And they are good. Of course it nothing like holding the mag to read, but the content has been very interesting as far as I am concerned, and getting previews and playtests is a great idea.

As others have already stated, the stuff offererd seems to be well worth the price of admission.

An added bonus is the new pricing model as announced in the new DDI article: with a twelve month subscription you'll get access to all additional material and tools which will be released while your subscription is active.

$5 for the magazines, Compendium, bonus tool, and Charatcer Builder? Wow!

$5 a month for both magazines, the Compendium, and the bonus tools is simply a steal, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I look forward to Beta Testing the Character Generator starting next week (I believe).

This is how I fee. The quality and content of Dragon has been off the charts, In my opinion much better than the last couple of years of the print run, though I would like to see some of the old series' back: Demonomicon, Ecology, Core Beliefs.

I have already used a lot of the Gladiator stuff (I am running AoW Champion's Belt!), feats, skill challenges and such, and that alone has gotten me kudos at the table our last session -- well worth the $5.

The Compendium needs to be used more at my table, I use a laptop and should start logging into it all the time.

I hope they make a DM's game tracker / encounter manager that I can use similar to DMGenie.

My impressions so far.

1) Dragon is of very high quality.

2) I haven't really looked carefully at Dungeon. Both of my groups are proceeding at a snail pace through H1 so that I've no need for further adventures at the moment.

3) The D&D Compendium is an invaluable tool, but I'm not overly fond of the interface.
