First of all, hallo everybody. I'm a total newbie, so please understand the errors I'll certainly do...
(btw, my english is also very poor...)
Well, here's the question. Do bonus caster levels you get from Death Knell stack if you cast more than one spell?
How do levels from Death Knell stack with levels from a Necklace of prayer beads (karma)? Are those increases "bonuses"? If they are, they don't have a "name"...

No. Under the stacking rules same spells don't stack.

The Prayer Beads and other sources stack as long as they're unnamed or differently named bonuses.

So Bulls Strength doesn't stack with gauntlets of strength because they're both enhancement bonuses. They will stack with effects that give you Divine, Luck, ect.. bonuses.

Can you give a quote please? I used to think this, but when challenged to provide a quote, I came up empty handed. The closest thing I can come up with is this:

Spells that give bonuses or penalties to attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and other attributes usually do not stack with themselves.

PH page 153. The caster level increase from Death Knell does not fall under any of those categories.

Stacking rule: It's in one of the first chapters of the PHB... Those chapters noone reads.
