I was there when my friend got his half case delivered today. I like this set, lots of good figured in my opinion. He scored a beholder and I really liked the way it looked as well as the blue dragon and white dragon zombie. Several others were very cool. I will need to be picking up my own booster packs quite soon.

This also was my experience. Has anyone bought a Deathknell case in which there were duplicate rares?

Not me. As I said, the distributioin was perfect within mine.

I now own most of the set, hunting down the rest. I still need Champion of Yondalla, Dwarf Samurai, Gold Dragon, Mummy Lord, Boneclaw. I'm already hunting them down on ebay.de. There are one or two Gold Dragons auctions that end soon, and if I see that the price of that one goes too high, I might trade in my second Larbe Blue Dragon for a Gold one. I wanted to have one of the dragons more than once, and the Blue looks awesome, but before I have to pay too much for the other dragon, I trade in.

I'm really happy that I got a beholder. The price for that one is already soaring.

Interestingly enough, I must be one of the very few people who don't want a beholder. I already have a Reaper beholder that is good enough for me; and I doubt I'll never need more than one.

Zenako, IIRC, is waiting for the initial insanity to subside before he releases his list. The first few weeks after a set is released see varying degrees of madness, and given that this set has several major rares (Beholder!), the market's gone postal.
