D&D 5E Deck of Many Things Trailer

I will also say that with all the releases being smashed into late summer/fall/winter I definitely feel like I couldn't handle this many releases so close together as a standard. I only just got Planescape, I'm not ready to think about the Deck! I haven't even gotten through Bigby's completely!
Yeah I’d rather have waiting until winter for something, or even until next year.

I guess after the deck the next step will be "collectable" miniatures. And these artifacts how if they had their own wil can appear in other places of the multiverse, even in our "real life", causing a lot of troubles. This is perfect for a Paramount action-live production. Don't laugh. This magic figures also could be the plot of a horror movie. Maybe those magic figures are linked with the Xovirntaal or the great game played by the dragons. Who would dare to create those figures? Some crazy and too bored planewalker.

Some times I suspect WotC, and some players, want to add some elements of collectable cards to D&D. Physical products can't suffer piracy in internet, but players don't want to start a new game because it is harder to find other players to play with. And the virtual board-games don't need a powerful computer, but they can be released as mobile and tablet videogames, something style mortal kombat: onslaught.

I noticed this in the trailer...can't say I've seen too many pieces of 5e art set in the modern era:

Yeah, it's a little confusing. Is WotC expanding its settings or are we just showing Dungeon Masters doing what we all do (I mean, I physically conjure magical effects up; I don't know about you) in their books?

It's a nice piece, but definitely a new direction.

Hmm, are moonstone dragons and nilbogs going to be reprinted in this book, or is it going to break with WotC tradition and tell people to go pick up other books?

This book does sound ludicrously stacked. I did not expect "oh, and here's the official D&D Zodiac" to be part of it.
We have an answer now, woth NewbieDMs posting on Twitter: yes, the Nilbog and Moonstone Dragpn have named NPC stst blocks:
