D&D 3E/3.5 Deepwood Sniper PrC - How Easy To Use In a 3.5E Game?

One of my players wants to take the Deepwood Sniper prestige class soon. It is from Masters of the Wild (a 3.0 splatbook). I have read the class and I don't think that there should be any trouble using it, as is, in my 3.5E game but I thought I would ask here to see what everyone else thinks.

So, do you think that it is usable in a 3.5E game without any changes to the class? If not, what changes would you suggest need to be made?

The only changes needed are one or two of the PrC's class skills no longer exist and need to be converted and its concealment reduction benefit doesn't fit as well in 3.5.

Other than those, it works well.

What do you suggest to do to "fix" the concealment issue?

It works fine as is, IMO. You can have "more or less than typical concealment, and modify the miss chance accordingly", so the 30% reduction in miss chance is still somewhat useful. The ability may not be as big a deal as it was in 3.0, but it's still useful, especially if your DM frequently modifies miss chance based on circumstances.

"Masters of the Wild". Races of the Wild is the 3.5 book on elves, halflings and raptorans.

I have just started to run a DWS and i have one thing to say about the class other then the two abilitys that are now of no use. another class ability "keen blade" has no discription that i can find. my DM has alowed it to function like Keen arows but for any blade. if any one knows the right use of this ability it would be nice to know.
