D&D 3E/3.5 Deflect Arrows feat (3.5)

It appears the requirement to roll a reflex save has been removed from Deflect Arrows in 3.5. Just wanted to check to see if this is really a change (it is in both the SRD and PHB 3.5). It's how my GM has been playing it, but I kind of thing the design team just forgot to add a line to it.

If the reflex save has been removed, this feat is much more powerful than it was previously. It makes my Monk, who is already hard to hit, practically impervious to a single archer.

As far as I know you are correct, there is no reflex save now. However you also can't do more than 1 per round. It appears you automatically deflect a missile each round.

That's what it looked like to me and that's how my DM's running it. It just seemed over the top. I'm playing a defense-focused monk, so most enemies can't hit me more than 1-2 times per round. I'll take it, though. It's not like I have a surplus of hit points to absorb damage.

Thanks!
