Deflect Arrows

So it's not cover at all, it's concealment. Cover would give a bonus to AC.

So - do you not have a limit on the number of deflected arrows per round? If so, possibly a good change (except for all that extra dice rolling). If not... you've probably made deflect arrows one of the lamest feats out there.

The 20% counts for all ranged attacks made against the monk while they use Full Defense, as long as they can detect the attack. They still have the option of using an AoO/Ref save the deflect those that get through (the latter is still limited to the monk's AoO count).

We also home brewed feats to increase the amount of deflections (maxed at double) and Full Defense bonus (maxed it at 50%).

But other than Monk (or maybe Bladesinger?) what kind of melee fighter type has one free hand? (Thri-kreen? Hm, maybe).

Basically, using only a light or one-handed weapon in a hand and having another hand free is the worst choice for a melee fighter type. And if he is not a usual weapon wielding melee type he is a monk. That means ... ahem .... something people always consider to be too weak.

I can't understand how this feat could be "overpowered". Need a feat and rather inefficient choice of fighting style (don't use one hand for other purpose) for a very situational defensive measure.
