I just got it too, with no problems. Looks interesting, with stats for a newly ascended god at different stages, from quasi-deity on up. Plus, divine ascension adventure ideas!

The beginning of the enhancement says:
"Presented here for your use and enjoyment is a divine character— Erbin, the beggar god—for your player characters to encounter in any of five different divine ranks. In addition, this web enhancement provides 21 campaign hooks offering suggestions for how this character might enter the PCs’ lives as part of, or as a result of, divine ascension. "
Erbin is shown at 5 different power levels: Quasi-Deity, Demigod, Lesser Deity, Intermediate Deity, and Greater Deity.

Morrus, while trying to follow the link your news page, I noticed that it is broken.
I then looked at it and, being familiar with the wacky way WotC name their URLs, figured out that it you need to change 2001 to 2002 in the link. I did that, and it worked just fine.

Yup. I had some difficulties using your link. But then I navigated Wizards website and found the Web-Enhancement myself. It downloaded without a hitch.

It wasn't the link that was the problem (although if you go to the official site and use the navigation menu on the right from the D&D page you can see that WotC got the link wrong - I just stupidly cut & pasted it 
). Getting the page was fine, it's the download itself of the .zip file I'm having trouble with.
Just tried again - still can't get it. It starts to download fine, but then it quits halfway through with some nonsense about not being able to connect to the server.

I told you the other day, WOTC's server is junk, keep trying is I guess the only thing I can say...
