If your looking for one more, I'll be interested. I don't know much about Delta Green, but I am GM'ing the other active CoC game "Return to Dunwich", let me know if you have room and what type of character will fit.

Mossberg M590 shotgun 12g 3d6/2d6/1d6 x4 7 shot Range 50
standard fire

As for your feats,
If you don't have WP: Shotgun, you will be -4 to hit with your Mossberg.
Very thing else looks good.
