No. An AoO has nothing to do with the dervishs own attacks.

Given that most characters can move 20' or 30', that's still 5 or 7 attacks (not counting the attacks granted by the cleave ability at 4th level), and her movement increases as she gains more levels.

Right, but pretty often the dervish has to walk a small distance to get close to the enemy ... and has sometimes not enough movement left to use all available attacks.

That Elusive Target dervish sounds funny, but I'd suggest to use a "suboptimal" falchion wielding dervish then ... That allows you to use Power Attack, you don't have to worry about dishing out all attacks because of the movement and you don't have to spend so many feats on the TWF chain. Dervishs already need 4 feats IIRC as prerequisites...
