Dervish Question (again?)(CWH)

First, I done that question before (I think), I try mail to wizards but I don't have any feedback. So there I go:

1- Dervish can fight with Scimitar like a light weapon for two-weapon penalties, an for use of weapon finesse, but nothing in the book are explicit about using power attack or use the scimitar with two hands. anyone have a convincent answer for that?

2- The dervish need move 5fts for make all attacks? or each attack? So the Dervish with perfect two weapon need move 80fts to make all the 16 attacks?

I don´t remember the exact text but if it don´t say explicit that he treats a scimitar as a light weapon for power attack and using it with 2 hands I think he treats the scimitar as a one handed weapon for theses things.

well in the description of his 10th level power (I don´t remember the name) is said that a dervish can make 2 attack before move, so she needs to move only 40 ft even with the (epic) feat perfect 2 weapon fighting.

It says they treat scimitars as light weapons "for all purposes", so no more Power Attack.
