D&D 4E Destiny's Tears OOC Thread 4E

I don't know of any for 3.5, but Cosmopolitan [FRCS] is probably what you had in mind. There's also a feat in a Rokugan book, which turns two skills into class skills and if the character is human, Able Learner [RoD] is a pretty good idea, too, even though it does not make skills into class skills (the Human Paragon class does that, tho).

I remember using Cosmopolitan: Perform to get the Virtuoso PrC with my wizard--totally invalidated the Bard class's reason for existence :D That was fun.

Yeah, thought as much but when I looked in the PGtF it didn’t even look familiar. Thanks!

Why bother? It’s mechanics all but does that anyhow…
That's true, but the 3.0 Virtuoso gave all the Bard songs + more at level 1 and full casting for my wizard (plus increased hit dice and skill points). Which left absolutely no reason to play a Bard except the Knowledge (which I suppose could have been Loremastered).

Good use of a feat but it didn’t in validate the bard class in my opinion… It’s a damaged class already that ranks just a little above WotC's healer.

I consider it invalidated when I get all of the Bard's special songs along with my full wizard casting without taking a level in Bard
