Ok, situation is as follows.

The monk in our group has used two wishes to cast Permancy and Greater Magic Fang on himself. In our last session, he failed a savings throw for the spell Destruction. This totally destroys his body. We are about to cast True ressurection on him. The question is does he still have any of the following.

1) The permanent greater magic fang?
2) Inherit bonus from a tome?

Permanent Greater Magic Fang wouldn't remain I would think (just as if it wasn't permanent, and he got raised in the duration of the spell).

Although, hmm, interestingly enough, Raise dead also does not cure magical diseases or curses (they're still in effect), but I'm also unsure if Resurrection or True Resurrection restore those or not. So I may well be wrong though, hmm.

The inherent bonus I would say stays in effect, but again I'm having trouble finding text rules to support it.

Inherent attributes should return. They are a part of you. Class abilities, racial abilities, ability scores from levelling and scores from inherent bonuses should return.

Magic fang + permenancy, however, is not inherent. It can be dispelled, or an anti-magic field could suppress it. In that sense, it's not an intrinsic attribute you have; it's an external attribute that's been applied to you.
