Cepheus scan and see nothing unusual. Delan stands up, removing teh dust from his tunic. He feels some pain in the chest and he has lost his breath on the impact, but all quite fine for teh fall he just has done.

The driver inspect his horse. "We will need to stop for a short time. My horse is hurt, he can't continue like that. We will need to continue with three horses dragging teh coach as this one will follow behind. He will be able to continue with us, but not as an harnessing."

[SBLOCK=Bran]You have seen something moving behind a large boulder on teh side of teh road. The movement was small and you can't idetify what it is.[/SBLOCK]

[SBLOCK=Quozen]You see a shadow that is projected on the gound near a tree. At first, you thought it was the shadow of the trees, but a unusual movement of the shadow just put you doubt.[/SBLOCK]

"You are most correct, my lord," Quozen whispers, arching an eyebrow. "I'll take watch."

With a sudden burst of speed, Quozen sprints back towards a tree and leaps into its branches.

Not understanding what Quozen has seen, Cepheus continues to scan around the coach for any threat.

Driver how long will this take?

"Ten minutes, maybe more, I still need..." and the driver stares at Quozen who jumps out of the coach and rush toward the trees on the right of teh coach. At the same time, Bran draw his bow.

Cepheus turns his head to see Quozen too. His moment of distraction make him miss a detail. The farmer have drawn a rapier and the driver feel the cool blade on his throat. "I would stop your passenger if I were you... and both of you, don't move, or you'll have to pay with his life." tells the farmer. "Sir..." tells aloud teh driver to Quozen with some hesitation and fear.

Cepheus aims his crossbow at the farmer. How well do you know yourself? I would wager that you may be more acquainted with yourself than I am with this coach driver. I suggest you find another coach to rob.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Please, look here[/SBLOCK]

The farmer move behind the driver and pull him up, keeping his blade on his throat. Cepheus can see a little cut bleeding in the driver's neck and he seems even more nervous.

"Adventurers..." he tells as if he worth teh adventurers equals to vermins. "Fine, you can drive away, but you'll have a death to explain to a family."

Quozen, running to his tree, see two crossbowman aiming at him from cover. Bran see the same on his side, but the crossbowman, coming out from behind the boulder, keep there cover and aim for Cepheus. Delan is standing 10 feet from the farmer, with an horse in his path between him and the farmer.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Quozen is sure he can hit one of the bandits before they can get there shots, but the second wil most likely have an easy hit.[/SBLOCK]

Quozen could leap into the tree. Grapple with one bowman, use him as a shield against the other, then knock them both out of the tree. But then the driver might die. No, the singing path, the kind path, is preferable.

Quozen stops running. "Thank you most kindly, good brigand. May we please have the name and location of your family so that we might explain the death properly?"

Cepheus enraged at the thought of losing his cargo fires at the bandit holder the knife to the drivers throat 1d20+4=24, 1d6=4 Crit check 1d20+4=14, 1d6=1 I dont think you understood my intentions. Cepheus then jumps down from the coach on the side toward the driver.

[sblock=Velmont] Not sure if I can use tumble here so I will role for both tumble and jump :heh: tumble=14 jump=11 [/sblock]

If possible Cepheus will then attempt to find cover from the bandit archers.
