Did the WotC boards blow up...again?

Gleemax down again.

And not long before it went down, it became Log In Only to see anything there.

Is this permanent? I liked lurking and seeing peoples opinions, on threads that were less ranty.

(and the insider access trick, but I'm guessing we have seen the last of that)

But why not make their job easier if this also means you get what you want?

Why should I do that? There are plenty of game products out there that I am happy with, so I buy them. WotC should figure it out from there.

I've also noticed that suddenly my D&D Insider log in isn't working, meaning I can't see anything from the Wizards site. The error message popped up with "We suggest closing down your browser" - I might do that later.

After having been down for the last 2 hours, the WotC boards are acting like they are up. However, while I can access my account and my private messages (as well as the Dragon Article), the forum says "you do not have permission to access this page." If I try to go to the community root, it gives me a messed up blank Gleemax page. Looks like even after maintenance they can't get them up and running. I think we can see the end of the road coming fast for the WotC boards.

Plus I have to keep signing in with DND Insider.

After they destroyed the Spelljammer and Dark Sun communities on those forums, I just have no stomach left for that bunch.
