A dozen:

Creative Colloquialisms
(with explaination of what they mean)

Atypical Magic Weapons
(What are they and why were they created, like tailbiter from Tolkien's Farmer Giles of Ham)

Interesting Inheritances
(hehe this could be fun)

Lesser Lineages
(Semi-historical histories for characters to use for their backgrounds)

Evil Paladins
(Not Evil as in alignment, but Evil in they would stop the party as their definition of Lawful Good does not include the Party)

Paths of the Ancients
(Interesting new alternatives to teleport, sort of like Wheel of time 'The Ways')

Modern Campaign Backdrops
(Just a way to get non-fantasy games off the ground)

New Worlds for Star Gate
(Self Explanatory)

Just some Ideas

Anyone besides me notice that almost all of these listed could be done with absolutely 0 crunch?

Maybe this is just an elaborate scheme by Phil to help him figure out the next 50 products he's gonna work on. :)

I do admit, some of these would be really cool.

BTW, a hardcover of all these "dozen" once they are all written, would seriously be at the top of my wish list.

12 Pipers piping (or is that Lord a' leaping)

Seriously:

a dozen guilds - one for every core class + a core PrC one
a dozen holidays - we look forward to them in RL, why not in gaming
a dozen taverns - can you ever have too many?
a dozen graveyards - maybe make on extraplanar shifting among the multiverse.

A dozen epic artifact sets. (One for each class + one generic)

I spent something like 15-20 hours (over the course of a few months, mind you) putting together the equipment of some fallen demi-god hero. I'm only going to use two or three pieces of it, more than likely, but it's part of the setting's backstory so I really wanted to delve into the details of it. I thought it might be neat to see a book that has content and backstories for similar gear for other sorts of heroes (clerics, wizards, barbarians, monks) and such.

a dozen...
-ways to transplant core D&D into non european settings.
-explanations of why dragons like treasure
-nonstandard monster archetypes (like myconid loremasters or something)
-shadowdancer organizations
etc =)
