Die rolling deja vu

This weekend I was playing a Living Greyhawk module at an RPGA event at Thor's Hammer in Austin. I had an interesting thing happen to me.

During a battle with a flying shadow bat-like creature, my character was shooting arrows at the creature as it made fly-by attacks. The whole party was hasted, so I got off two shots each round. For three consecutive rounds, I rolled a 3 (a miss), an 18 (a hit) and a 4 for damage. Each time, in that order. Weird.

Anyone else ever had a streak of rolling the same numbers over and over, in the same order?

Last session for about 4 rounds during combat, out of 4 players, each round at least 3 threw a natural 1. Needless to say the battle gods didn't favor us that day

For a while, earlier this year, I had a 5th level Wizard with a 10 Constitution and 8 hp.

It seems everyone else is lucky with their hp rolls when they gain levels. My nephew's Cleric (12 Con) had 41 hp at 5th level. And another player's Barbarian (18 Con)...I don't even remember, but the guy never ran out of 'em. (He was an awful drain on the Clerics healing spells, though!)
