How's he know the deals with Yugoloths?
Of all the Evil Outsiders, Loths are the most devious. My players have made deals off & on with Loths & never known it for months.
And, if you put a LG player in a darned if you do, darned if you don't; lesser of 2 evils situation.....
Please don't punish him for choosing. I mean either way he goes, he's losing. Either massive deaths among his allies or favors to an agent of pure evil.
Whichever he chooses. Fine. He'll have to deal with the consequences. An alignment issue shouldn't be one of them.
