Are there stats for any of the gods/demi-gods? Sorry if this is easily accessible somewhere, I don't quite know where to look. It's just out of curiosity.

OD&D had Gods, Demigods and Heroes.

BECMI had Wrath of the Immortals, which at least detailed how to become an immortal.

1e had Deities & Demigods, later called Legends & Lore (blech). Also, stats for a couple gods appeared in ToEE.

2e had a bunch of Forgotten Realms stuff and scattered stats for deities' avatars here and there. And prolly stats for Iuz in a module somewhere.

3e had Deities & Demigods[/ki], but it sucked if you were using epic rules too.

4e has deities' stats here and there throughout.

Back in 1e I used to occasionally encounter players who "killed all the gods" with their awesome characters.

Okay, it wasn't "occasionally", it was every week at the local game club. We had a munchkin infestation.

I ran the occasional game for them, where I made them play by the rules (the horror). One rule I loved pointing out to them (though I never had to actually use it) was in the early pages of the Deities & Demigods where it said something to the effect of, "The DM should adjust the power of the gods as needed to keep them above mortal characters".

Like I said though, I never had to actually change the deity powers, just play them as if they had more than two brain cells working.
