Dirty Fighting Feat...worth it?

Is this the Feat you're talking about from d20 Modern?
Streetfighting
Prerequisites: Brawl, base attack bonus +2.
Benefit: Once per round, if the character makes a successful melee attack with an unarmed strike or a light weapon, the character deals an extra 1d4 points of damage.

Thanks, I knew I read it somewhere here are the stats:

Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +6, Dirty Fighting
Benefit: When you perform the full attack action, you can
give up your regular attacks and instead make one melee
attack at your full base attack bonus. If successful, your
attack deals extra damage, as follows:

Base Attack Extra Damage
+5 to +9 +2d4
+10 to +14 +3d4
+15 to +19 +4d4
+20 or more +5d4

Hope it is of use for you. Maybe you can Modify it by LVL rather than BAB. Or make one feat out of both.

Still not sure if it's worth it. I do like the Modern d20 version though.
