Disarm question...

Fighter attacks an Archer and disarms him. The archer elects to pick up his bow and draws an AoO. Can the Fighter disarm him again?

I guess it comes down to when the AoO kicks in. Is in from bending down to pick up the weapon? If so then he can't be disarmed since he doesn't have the weapon in hand yet. If it comes after, then he could.

Or is it totally abstract and it the AoO can come at any time the attacker wants it to?

I'd say the attack comes before he picked it up... anything else will cause a lot of trouble with Trip attacks and AoOs for standing up
