*nods* This has been part of the plan for team sneak all along...
However, Kennon tells us that the noble's council is probably a little fed up with Tain right now, anyway... he apparently keeps trying to take the power away from them and, we all know from history that taking the power away from the parliament or estates general or nobles council is a BAD idea because it only results in uprising, riots, and--eventually--beheading of thousands and thousands of people.
As such, I think that we need to be public in our letter. We can play to their anger and upset with Tain in order to get what we need.
Moreover, their daughter/cousin/sister is safe (will be safe) with us... we are working for her cause... however, we do need money in order to fund this little operation.

ok. so we get the noble's council to chip in. i'm sure they won't mind seeing the king go and a new queen, sympathetic to their needs, put in place. if they want it done it's going to cost them.

Another mission for SpecOps teams (I'm trying to come up with a cool Phoenix related name for them, but am thus far failing) perhaps?
Speaking of which, during all this training, especially capable soldiers (no matter the rank, though probably not new recruits) should be vetted for extra training for this purpose. As powerful as our characters are (or as sneaky), these teams will be invaluable in every phase of our Oceanus operation, especially given that it will take some time to raise a real army capable of even pretending to challenge the forces that oppose us in the city.
Also what's the status of the Warrior Academy idea? If something more than "hey that sounds cool" has been said it doesn't seem to have stuck.

5 Swordsmen
4 Archers
1 Medic
They will need expert training in their primary weapon (sword or bow), good training in their secondary weapon (ranged or close, depending on specialty), plus some medical training. I'm not sure whether the medic needs to be cleric (White Mage?) or not, though that would certainly help, but the medic does need to be about as combat competent as the rest. Kaereth may also provide some training in unarmed and Xath could certainly impart some lessons in deception. At least as I have it in my head, this is all necessary to some degree or other because they are supposed to be small groups capable of intelligent independent action, capable of acting on their own initiative. Maybe this is too much to ask, but that's how I have it in my head.

I think the Warrior Academy idea is waiting for some definition. I can help with that, or not, depending on how much you all want to do yourselves.
On another note, any ideas on building a wall, or something? At the moment, people can enter and leave camp without being observed VERY easily.

On another note, the Warrior Acad. is supposedly happening-- I think that it's in the breakfast email... that will eventually go out to everyone... but, I'm not really sure.
But-- Tim and Greg's characters are training warriors.
I hope that Kaereth is sharing the ways of Zen with the world...
