Hey folks I was wondering what people thought about the idea of putting up a rcruiting thread on the Talking the talk forum.

I've been thinking that we should probably at least have some information about LEW in the sticky post for players looking for adventures. Possibly with a disclaimer that, while we're always accepting new PCs, there may still be a delay before the next adventure takes off. Or something.

Hey folks, just posting to say that I may or may not be away for a few days depending on how hard this tropical storm/hurricane Fay hits central Florida where I live. Just moved here last summer so this will be my families first hurricane to deal with. Wish me luck! Hopefully I won't need it.

Official word from Wik:

"I should be able to get back fairly soon. I do plan on just wrapping up my adventures, as they're both close to done anyways[....] If they can NPC or even drop my PCs, that'd be fine with me. I can't get back online for at least two weeks more. Things may calm down a bit in September[....] I'll try to be online by Friday, to at least explain in 'person' what's been going on."

thank you Trouvere (Kelder) for that update. let him know that he can take all the time he needs to fight off the realife dragons that he needs. tell him I said not to stress out on when he 'needs' to get back, that all that he needs is to relax and take life one day at a time.

I am grateful for the info that you have posted for him...although the thing about the cohert idea (post 228 for those want evidence to read), you might want to keep that to your self. Galwynn may find that an apple stuffed roased kelder might be a tasty meal ....

Well, I made it through the storm of Fay okay. We actually had it easier than many others on the east coast of Florida that got really flooded. I should be back to regular posting now myself and will get cracking on my adventure starting Monday. Glad to have you back also Rae.
