I want to do some minor change to my last character, Ridik, to make him a bit more scholar:

- Raise Int from 10 to 12
- Lower Charisma from 14 to 12
- Change skills ranks and modifier
- Change class skill gain by domain from Sense Motive to Speak Language
- Add two language: Draconic and Elven

As he is brand new, it should not do any problem.

Knight Otu, we've officially given up on Armgill's Heirloom, so... don't we get a little xp or something for time spent?

Hey, all, just stopping by for a moment...

I've been wondering the last few days... are we going to get a map of Orussus together? With the number of places PCs have gone, I imagine we could have quite a streetmap worked out. I think it would be good to have Orussus quite well defined, as that would help out DMs for parties running around in the city, and give us a good basis of possible adventure hooks to work with (ie, so-and-so down at such-and-such got robbed the other day, some goods for so-and-so's store got lost in the woods outside of town, etc etc).

Also, I've been working on some modifications to the Learner PrC, and I think I may have found a resolution for the crazy spell-slot system I was using. I don't know if it'll work yet, but I haven't forgotten about it. Also, upon my official return, you'll be seeing some revised Delmontes Technique feats for the boomerang, as well as a PrC based on the Delmontes Technique tree as a whole. I don't know what the reaction is, but it looks balanced to me...

Also, I mentioned it earlier, but I think it got overlooked... could somebody give nimisgod or whoever is doing the character approvals at the moment a ring to take a look at Troi? I updated him a couple months ago to 4th level, and since I haven't had net access, I haven't had time to email him and ask him personally. I'd like to be ready and approved for 4th so Troi can get out there and do something when I return :).

If there's any work on judging that needs to be done on approvals and such, I can get to an email account here: 05kjmacvi AT gaggle DOT net. If you have the time to send proposals or adventure ideas to that address, I can get to that account from school in mid-morning, Monday through Friday. Hopefully I can start picking up on carrying my own weight again...

As for me being back... well, I'll be updating the Back again momentarily... thread with an update on my status. I'm not back yet, just got my hands on some quick computer time, and I won't be back for what looks like a month or so.

Alrighty, this turned out to be a little long-winded, but that's alright. Hope everybody's doing well, and see you all in a little while! :)

As the first adventure for one of my characters ended (prematurely, c'est la vie). I wanted to craft some scrolls, I understand the system, but do I just need to make a note on the character sheet that items have been crafted? Also does someone need to check on it when I do it, or would that wait until the next (first) time that character levels?

Note the number of Craft Points you have in your character sheet. Also it is best to make a note when you crafted which scrolls. Since no rolls are required, you don't need to make a seperate post, but it may be appropriate to do so the judges can check it.

Hi everyone! I just got my first two characters approved at the same time, which begs the following question: Can I bring them both to the Red Dragon Inn, or does one of them have to wait in Limbo until the first one finds an adventure (to prevent them both from being in the same area)? Thanks!

Wait in limbo. You may never have two of your characters interact directly or indirectly (by giving items to a third party and having the third party give them to your second character, for instance). That is all stated somewhere in the Sticky Posts.

I know that rule (as referenced in my parentheses) but there seemed to also be a rule about sending your characters to the Red Dragon Inn before and after each adventure. Good to know which rule trumps the other though.

No rule about when they show up; if they're waiting for an adventure hook, that's the place to be. So if you send one character there, and you get a hook that would be perfect for the other character, you can do some quick sleight-of-geography -- arrange for your character to have stepped out briefly just before the job notice arrives, and have the other one show up at that time.

Gotcha. That makes sense. Well I sent my more loquacious RP-friendly character to the Inn and left my brooding, quiet combat-friendly character to stew, since he wouldn't have had much to say in the inn anyway.
