Also, and this is sad, although I can program in java now... I still never learned HTML. If you can give me a website that gives the most brief rundown, I can pick it up and be proficient in helping with the website.

One idea I had we might try is a Wiki page. These are cool in that they really bring the collaboration to the fore. Anyone can view a page then add thier own comments or content. I created a rather crude wiki in about an hour on a free site.
