I haven't gotten my copy emailed to me yet, but yes, if you sign up for the mailing list, you're supposed to get it early.

Much of that art is existing Paul Kidby art. He's ton a ton of Discworld art over the decades, including on somewhat obscure supplementary products that not everyone, especially in the US, has seen. So Mophidius has a lot to pull from.
