I don't care a whit about Gnomes. Never have. Nobody I've gamed with ever has either.
I also care not a whit about tieflings. Never have. Nobody I've gamed with ever has either.

Kill em, add em, save em... it's all the same to me - irrelevant.

I'd like to see the half-elf go too. Yea, so the half-elf exists...jsut give it elf stats or human stats. Same for the half-orc. Then you've got room for more interesting "races."

I agree with you completely. Unfortunately, they've already mentioned that they're keeping half-elves (and giving them some charismatic everyone-loves-them powers or something.)

It's funny too, because next to gnomes, half-elves are the LEAST played race in the game.

My favorite and most memorable character was a Gnome Paladin. :)

I see Gnomes used way more often than Half-Elves IMXP.

Gnomes should all be squashed by falling anvils. I hate them, hate them, HATE them.

They serve no purpose at all. And rarely do I see them used in my games.

Gnome = Awesome

Halflings = Played out. Ditch the halflings Save the gnome.
Agreed.

Halflings are just short Gypsies. If I want that, I'll play a human with an appropriate concept and description.

Gnomes have a bit of hobbit, a bit of faerie trickster. Not everyone's cup of tea, but cool.

But it's unlikely. One of the supposed pics of the new iconics is a halfling cleric.

Still, I hope the half-orc goes instead of the gnome.

Apparently they're doing some sort of prime material Eladrin instead.

I still haven't find any source to this rumor ? The only thing I saw is someone sayong that "aasimar" is a silly name and that something like "eladrin" would be best. Is there something else than mere fan's speculation about this change of name ?
