Divine Minds start very weak (weaker than bards) but get stronger later. But even if you make the aura 30 ft., Swift action to change at 1st level, that just makes the core problem more obvious: poor class features.
I wanted to like them, honest. But I just couldn't make anything useful out of this class as written.
