Yep, definitely a few nice options for paladins in there.
I especially like, that there is an At-Will attack, that is Charisma-based and can be used instead of a basic attack, negating one huge disadvantage of Cha-ladins.
I have found the first power to be featured in the upcoming errata, too.
Life Transference does not (yet) prevent you from using it on yourself, it's a melee touch with 'one creature' as the target (so you take your healing surge value as damage to heal twice as much... sounds like a good deal; especially since it is an encounter power). Free healing, yay! 
Obviously, it should only be usable on creatures other than yourself. Or have target: one ally.
