I once downloaded a pdf that was basically 4 character sheets on one page. It didn't have everything, but it did have most of the required fields to fill in. Well, after playing around with Illustrator, I decided to update that sheet to one more 3.5 based and added the missing fields. This sheet is mainly for keeping track of NPC's, but I've designed it so that the DM can keep track of the PC's as well. There are no fields for cleric gods and domains, nor a wizards specialty schools, just what spells currently selected for any spellcaster, and the DC for saves.

Now the print is rather small, so I would bet that inkjet printers would not print this page to well, but it comes out perfect on my LaserJet 1100. When you go to print, be sure that PAGE SCALING is set to none, otherwise it will try to shrink this compact sheet even more. I plan on putting this into a form version when I have the time to do so.
Let me know if there is anything missing that you would feel a must have.
