That's fine I guess most of you want to get back to the action. Just a quick note, for those who got the rather expensive rings of sustenance (and taken up their ring slots, and only artificers can have extra ring slots pre-Epic)

Everlasting Rations (food for 1 person/day)
Price: 350 GP
(MIC p. 160)

Travel Cloak (food for 1 person 3/day, 2 gallons water (or tea if you feel fancy), endure elements vs cold weather, and you can turn it into a tent 1/day (you only sleep once a day anyway, so sweet deal)
Price: 1200 GP
(MoF p166)

Field Provisions Box (1/day, food for 15 humans or 5 horses. simple, no frills)
Price: 2,000 gp
(MIC p 160)

Consider these and let me know, this is probably your last chance in a good while to obtain items in a "In need this, I should go find one" manner.

I'm good with some RP...it's just Mei-Ying is a bit of a snob, in the same way that the sun is a bit warm.

But her reaction isn't in any way me saying 'hurry up with it.' It's just how she'd react, initially. :)

The Field Provision box should go a long way toward providing for all of us. If times get hard Geryk can always magic up some extra provisions on top of what we get with the box.

Consider times being hard a standard thing in the Valley. Also, it would be wise for you guys (at least the smart caster types) to ask Ferviel what he knows about the place. He was the one who commissioned it's sealing with an major artefact of Lathander.

Artefacts are not commonplace stuff. And mortals can't make them. Get the picture?

I'll update the IC now.

More like Rufus knows better than to interrupt a bunch of singing, drunken dwarven warriors. ;)

The Provisions Box would be useful. But one major bonus of the Ring is the fact that it knocks your sleeping time down to 2 hours, and none of these items have the same ability. The negation of food and water is just a bonus for travel-heavy, inhospitable areas.

Three out of six players responding. Dragonwriter, Shayuri and Malachei - are you guys planning on having your characters do something or talk or should we move on?

Hee, sorry. I needed to think about what Mei Ying would do, and I did a lot of posting yesterday. I was, and am, fully planning on posting today to your game.

Thyme...just a little more thyme, sir, I pray...
