I think I would go for AU over 3.5 as well... but right now I am focusing on modern and them want to run a DNW game, so D&D is on the back burner for a while anyway.

I just bought it two days ago and I am happy with it. I didn't see the above post but that doesn't bother me at all.

This has become my preferred d20 supers game. I was wondering, now that Action! System is now OGL, will you be also updating Deeds Not Words to A!S system also?

I was wondering, was this version updated to fit more with D20 Modern? I have v 1.0 and found it to be fantastic, but I'd rather know a little more about the updates before I spend any more money. Any help would be appreciated.

Whoops, sorry. Forgot to answer the first question.

Although the system has been (IMHO) improved in many respects, it isn't compatible with d20 Modern and doesn't borrow much from it. I plan on creating a *totally* Modern-compatible conversion of DNW after GenCon called, not surprisingly or particularly originally, *Deeds Not Words Modern.*
