Do area attacks or blasts harm allies?

Similarly, there's a paragon tier feat whose name I've forgotten that basically applies a -5 modifier to area attack rolls against your allies .. for those whose favorite powers target "All creatures in burst", this should be their first paragon feat!

It's called War Wizardry. It gives a -5 to attacks against allies, and they only take half damage on a hit. It's a Sorcerer's best friend!

If you have a lot of 'all enemies' powers, Co-ordinated Explosion could be the feat for you; Bards especially should be rocking this trick.
