D&D 5E (2024) Do Artificers Break The Game at 10th Level?

Do DM's often simply reclassify rarities for magical items? At least as it pertains to Artificer Replicate Magic Item and for costs/time for crafting...?

I am just getting back into this so not sure what else it would affect but it seems like there is only a handful of items that will really break (i.e., make campaigns less fun and challenging) the game given their rarity slot (some others are a bit OP for the given crafting slot but not gonna break things).

Its an indirect nerf.

Most of it is theorycrafting much like CME abuse.

Im guessing not many people are playing artificers to level 10 and have the required knowledge and desire.

Elemental Gem might be one plan. That's 1 Elementsl only per day for 1 hour.
