D&D 5E Do Away with Weapon Attack, Magic Attack, Save Bonuses

One of my pet peeves is that *any* 20th level character has a low Charisma. Higher level characters should ooze menace.

Why? Even the highest of high level characters could (and possibly should) have character flaws, and one of those is the inability to make people take you seriously. Regardless of how awesome you might otherwise be.

I think the issue isn't that this phenomena exists, but how frequently it occurs. Most characters that don't focus on charisma are going to have negatives or average charisma's at 20th level.
