Do rings of wizardry affect more than 1 arcane spell casting class?

I was running under the assumption that it was 20 levels of each at 40th character level, not at least 41 character level, my bad.

I said that the someone (the target of the spell, who is not the caster) could easily have Improved evasion (and it has been pointed out that evasion is available via a ring). Somehow, you seem to think that I'm referring to the caster, and not the victim of the spell. I'm not sure where you got that...

But there might be a Weapon Proficiency(Party Hosting Materials) focus so he could learn how to make tea, and if he rolls a natural 20 on the craft tea and confirms the critical, he makes wicked tea?
