Do this stack?

A player in my group wants to know if these 2 armor bonus stack:


Inertial Armor (Psion Feat) = + 4 AC
Bracers of Armor +3 (Magic Item) = + 3 AC

Can you guys help me out with this one?

No, since both are Armor Bonuses.

Inertial Armor is a +4 armor bonus in the description, and B. of A. are a +3 armor bonus (of the amount you describe). TTherefore, the Inertial Armor would be the one that counted.
