Do We Know Enough For Players To Plan?

Do we know enough about Classes and Races for players to be able to plan what they'd like to run in an upcoming 4E game?

Obviously at this point, with the exception of the Rogue, this would be entirely speculative as far as actual, you know, abilities go. But do we know for certain what races and classes will be in the PHB?

We are pretty certain the Races & Classes will be:

Races:
-Human
-Elves
-Eladrin
-Dragonborn
-Tieflings
-Halflings
-Dwarves
-(Perhaps Half-Elves I am not sure)

The MM will have rules for playing:
-Gnomes
-Warforged
-Drow
-(I believe Changelings)
-(I believe Shifters)

Classes:
-Rogue
-Ranger
-Fighter
-Paladin
-Warlock
-Warlord
-Wizard
-Cleric

As for my own group, I have basically figured out the whole Campaign World and my players are beginning to think of what they are going to play.

Depending on how the demos go at DDXP this weekend we should see a vast majority of the races and classes playable. Until then we have only the rogue info to go off of.

From what we've heard so far, I can tell you that I want to play either an eladrin or half-elven star pact warlock.

So, yeah, I think I've got enough to plan.

At this point, it's still pretty much "character concept" stage of planning.

For my group, they already have 'staked out' their territory.

Most likely, the group will consist of:

Tiefling Warlock (which pact is uncertain)
Warlord (race uncertain)
Defender
Wizard (race uncertain)
Elven Ranger (most likely)

So while obviously we couldn't play tomorrow, I know enough to start creating interesting encounters.

I think so.

Fighter, Warlord, Wizard, Warlock, Rogue, Ranger, Cleric, Paladin

And

Human, Dwarf, Night Elf, Blood Elf, Halfling, Dragonborn, Tiefling

There's rumors there might be a Secret Mystery Race, but the screenshots of the DDI tool confirm the classed.
