Do White Lotus bonuses stack?

I've read that if you have an at-will power that multiple feats give a benefit to that you can only benefit from one feat per attack.

However, the White Lotus feats don't specify a particular at-will power so I was wondering if the same rule applies or if you can stack the benefits of multiple White Lotus feats to arcane at-wills.

I doubt your first statement more than your second statement: I've not seen anything to indicate a power cannot benefit from more than one feat. Is there a source on that?

Are you thinking of domain feats? You can only apply one of those to an an-will at a time (Divine Power page 108).
