do you consider all work from home sites scams?

There are dozens, hundreds, nay probably thousands of websites which offer you the chance to work from home in one form or another to make money online. I realize a lot of these are just fancy ponzi schemes and a lot of the rest are just flat out scams, but I have seen some that pay and I've even been paid multiple times with no need to recruit others at my current site of interest.
How skeptical are you when it comes to making money and being online. Surely within the thousands of sites there are legitimate business plans on a few, but I personally tend to disregard 99.99% of all online opportunities as scams/spam.
How do you feel? Have you ever looked into any or found any that seemed to work for you? (note I’m not asking for any type of referrals to any online programs, just curios as your experiences)

I think many of them are scams, or want to sell you something. I think there are some legitimate work-at-home jobs, but many are for processing insurance claims or stuffing envelopes.
